Jamia Millia Islamia University, also known as JMI, is a central university established in 1920. Located in New Delhi, India, the JMI campus spans over 258 acres. The university is affiliated with the University Grants Commission (UGC) and recognized by the UGC, AICTE, and NAAC with an A++ grade. JMI is ranked 4th by NIRF under the Universities category and 24th in the Engineering category in 2025.
